Francis Dei

Founder and CEO of INVESS Ltd

Francis Dei is the founder and CEO of Invess Agriculture Limited. He holds a Master’s degree in Agronomy and a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from the University of Cape Coast. As the CEO, Francis Dei is responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing overall operations, and setting the company’s strategic direction.

With over 14 years of experience in the field of agronomy and the agro-business industry in Ghana and Africa, Francis is widely recognized for his expertise. He has provided consulting services to renowned multinational companies, including Dupont Pioneer, Unifert, Acron, and Glofert Limited, showcasing his in-depth knowledge and valuable contributions to the sector. His academic background and extensive practical experience make him a valuable asset in driving IAL’s agricultural initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Rolf Schadendorf

CFO and Head of Business Development

Rolf Schadendorf serves as the CFO and Head of Business Development, overseeing all company financial activities to ensure compliance and efficiency. He actively seeks opportunities to expand and grow the business in a profitable and sustainable manner.

Rolf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, USA. He also possesses another Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the same institution. Rolf’s linguistic abilities are one of his notable strengths, as he is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English. Additionally, he is proficient in French and Portuguese, allowing him to communicate effectively in multiple international languages.

With 8+ years of experience in the agricultural commodity industry, particularly in trade finance and physical fertilizer trading, Rolf brings valuable expertise to the financial management and strategic growth of IAL.

Rejoice Yawa Quao

General Manager

Rejoice Yawa Quao holds the position of General Manager, overseeing the daily operations of various departments within the company. Her responsibilities include staff recruitment, ensuring good corporate practices, and maintaining efficient business processes.

Rejoice is a self-motivated and results-oriented team player with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MPhil in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. Additionally, Rejoice is a certified Professional in Human Resources (HRCI) and holds a Chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Moore Hall-UK.

The company’s organisational structure includes other departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and logistics, each led by respective managers or team leaders. These departments work in coordination under the leadership of the CEO, CFO, and General Manager to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Evans is an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with colleagues on various aspects, including securing new client contracts, devising marketing strategies, and driving growth campaigns. He excels in building and nurturing relationships with both current and potential clients, continuously seeking opportunities for business expansion. Evans holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a minor in Agri-Business Management.

Additionally, he is a Certified Business Analyst from the Institute of Certified Business Analysts & Consultants, further enriching his expertise in the field. Evans’ valuable contributions and dedication play a significant role in propelling our company’s success in the agricultural industry.
